Getting 10 Mega Hyper Rares in a single pack before the set is publicly available means either the pack itself was an extraordinary error, or someone spent an enormous amount of money buying from resellers to accumulate that many cards beforehand, which wouldn't explain a single pack containing all of them.The reseller angle doesn't hold up well either

Since the box and the packs have never been opened, the buyer does not even know for sure which cards he will receive

On half of the cards named Tawnos's Weaponry, the gray circle behind the activation cost is missing

Also, that makes it an additional cost, not an alternative casting cost (in fact it states such explicitly right on the card), so Shared Discovery doesn't actually cost just one , it costs more , in the form of needing creatures already in play
